Such occurrences are exceptional and result from rapid market shifts beyond our immediate control. Should this happen, affected coins will be removed during the next re-composition (scheduled on the 1st or 15th of the following month). We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from these rare events.

Trend Outlook and Indicator Limitations: Content provided through our Xenta Oracle subscription, including market trend analyses, trend observations, and market indicators, represents our team’s opinions based on available data. These are not financial advice or guarantees of future performance. Indicators are observational insights tied to market conditions and index trends, not recommendations to act. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, and actual outcomes may differ significantly. We disclaim all liability for losses resulting from reliance on these trend outlooks or indicators.

Xentaura relies on such providers [e.g., CoinGecko] for real-time market data and is not responsible for errors or omissions in their data. If a coin’s market cap reaches zero and the issue persists, it will be removed from the index during the next re-composition (1st or 15th of the following month). The impact on index performance may range from insignificant to significant, depending on the coin’s weighting. We are not liable for any losses, disruptions, or performance variations resulting from these rare occurrences.

1.4. API Data Risks: API data is derived from our First Smart Crypto Indexes and third-party sources. We strive for 99.9% availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. In rare, unpredictable cases, outages may occur (short: up to 3 hours, medium: up to 6 hours, long: over 6 hours), and we are not liable for losses due to such disruptions. Scheduled maintenance, necessary for improvements, will be announced in advance, though not frequent, and we aim for minimal downtime. We disclaim liability for data inaccuracies or delays unless caused by our gross negligence.
