This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Xentaura’s Services, including our website, newsfeed, subscriptions, and future features like XentaForum.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Engage in illegal activities, including fraud or money laundering.
Post or transmit harmful content, such as malware, spam, or defamatory material.
Infringe on intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of the First Smart Crypto Indexes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

2. Future Features

Upon the launch of our Forum, you agree not to post content that is harassing, discriminatory, or promotes illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take action, including suspension or termination of access, for violations of this AUP.

User Registration

Passwords must use only English letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers, and approved special characters (e.g., !, ", ?, $, %, ^, &), including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special symbol. Non-English alphabets, such as Cyrillic, are prohibited.

I understand API data and services may experience rare outages or maintenance, with credits provided as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

* I confirm that I will seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before making any investment or trading decisions based on Xentaura’s content, and I release Xentaura from any obligation to ensure my financial outcomes. I accept risks from force majeure, cyberattacks, and third-party data errors as detailed in the Disclaimer.
