All content provided by Xentaura Inc., including but not limited to the First Smart Crypto Indexes, trademarks (e.g., “Xentaura”), logos, website design, newsfeed content, Xenta Oracle materials, and API data (“Intellectual Property” or “IP”), is the exclusive property of Xentaura or its licensors. This IP is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1. Ownership

Xentaura Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in its Intellectual Property. This includes every product or derivative where the First Smart Crypto Indexes serve as an underlying asset or are utilized as a potential instrument for derivatives, which are wholly owned by Xentaura Inc.

2. Restrictions

2.1. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our Intellectual Property without prior written consent from Xentaura Inc..

2.2. The use of our First Smart Crypto Indexes to build, create, or develop any new products, including but not limited to financial instruments, analytics tools, or derivative products, is strictly prohibited. This applies to all instances where the Indexes are used as an underlying asset or basis for derivatives.

2.3. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation of our Intellectual Property, including the Indexes, will result in legal action to enforce our rights, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.

3. License

3.1 We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our IP. Violations may and will result in legal action, including injunctions, damages, and recovery of legal fees.

3.2 Any use of our Intellectual Property is subject to the limited license granted under the Xentaura Terms and Conditions. This license does not extend to creating new products or derivatives based on the Indexes.
